Room Hire
We have a comfortable lounge/dance floor and bar area available for hire to Club Members and can accommodate up to 130 guests.
If you are not a Member of the Club and would like to hire the room you must become a Member for an initial two year period. Current Social Member rate is £25 per year (Member + Spouse/Partner).
Club Caterers are available for your buffet requirements, menus available on request from the Steward.
Use of the Club Caterer is not obligatory however, if you choose to use your own caterer or provide food for your guests yourself then a room/kitchen hire charge of £50 + VAT is payable (currently £60)
If you require a DJ we can supply details of those we have used previously or you can use one of your own choice.
We do not normally accommodate 18th Birthday parties due to the inherent problems they cause. In exceptional circumstances requests will be considered by the General Committee, on an individual basis.
All requests to hire the room must be in writing to the Club on the booking form below (please click the link and print off the form). Alternatively pick up a form from behind the bar.

Hand in or post the completed forms to the Club and your request will be considered at the next General Committee Meeting (held three weekly). If your request is at short notice please speak to the Steward or a member of staff. A decision can be made quickly if required.
Once a decision has been made you will be notified as soon as possible
